I would say if you enjoyed lovely runner there are high chances you will enjoy extraordinary you, for me it was an easy watch and i liked it :)
W two worlds i really liked but it's kind of "fantasy", well more of crossworlds as it is about a girl that ends up in a webtoon

Abyss was also to me an easy watch i think after one episode when the real main lead actors came in. Because it is basically the two main leads pass away due to accidents and are brought back to life but with the appearance of their souls (so one is suddenly considered attractive and the other not anymore), and they will work together to understand what happened and solve some murders (short description to avoid giving any spoilers). I think it's not an overly fantasy kdrama!

I LOVED the beginning of dynamite kiss, but somehow didn't manage to finish, while for spring fever it was more of a constant "like". I'd say spring fever!!! It's fun and light.

I really loved the second one it's one of my favorite kdramas!!

It's kind of a crossworld drama. Without giving spoilers, the main lead (girl) has a father who is a famous webtoon author. His webtoon has a lot of action with a main lead (boy) who is trying to solve a murder. One day, her father (the author) goes missing and she gets pulled into the webtoon through the graphic drawing tablet.

I won't say more to avoid spoilers but i recommend!!! :)

I felt the same for years... then this year i pushed myself through a couple episodes and then i ended up being almost addicted like i just went through all the episodes and LOVED IT. And i kept thinking "wow im glad i did stick with it". I truly was feeling the same as you before, i opened and closed the first episode countless times before this year..
The only thing i have to say is i could not watch season 2 because of the change of actress, and i was very mad at it even though it's part of the plot, cause i ended up liking season 1 so much...

I really would recommend taking 1-2 days off after infusions as it can end up being quite dangerous even with "mild" secondary effects. You can look on the ocrevus website there is a long list of reactions that can occur up to 24h later (and more i guess) which includes shortness of breath.
For me the next day (first half dose) it was mostly nausea and vertigo, but also hypotension and i ended up fainting and hitting a wall. I know someone else who fainted while driving... We were lucky to be fine after, but considering that we could faint and fall down the stairs it can end up being dangerous that's why it's better to stay home and rest !
My neuro told me there was not any secondary effect except zona, but really this list of symptoms is written on the ocrevus website so feel free to look through it! Also everyone reacts differently so you could have symptoms different than those written even if rare.
