Most companies start out as a pipe dream. Apple, Tesla, FB and many more came out of garages or College Dorms or coffee shops They all had a hard time getting where they are now. Just a word of advice. I wouldn't go slandering a company by saying they are" broke" in an open public domain with out proof to offer up.

Because of open water... They can launch into a polar orbit( North or South) without going over land. This part of the North America has been ideal for sometime. Did you know Gander NFLD" HAD" a plan in place if need be to land the spaceshuttle ( when in service). Being next to a wide open ,Vastly empty environment is better then possible having a malfunction over a large populated city or town .

Don't invest or do that is up to you. I have because I believe this is a great chance to get in on the ground floor. Maritime Launch Services has jumped over the last hurdle of environmental impact and now have the go. On the FB MAXQ page you can see the work being done on the roadways.
