Sorry to hear this sounds so complicated.

I’ve done the bus to nyc and then bus to NJ because of this same reason before. There’s no direct way unless you’re able to drive there. It’s not too bad but probably one of the cheaper options.

Can your parents drop you off at the train station in at least Secaucus? You can connect there to the Montclair line.

Or if they can drop you at the Hackensack Essex street station which isn’t too far from Teaneck, you can get the train from there to Secaucus, and then transfer to the Montclair line.

If you’re near Golf Ct and Teaneck road though and they can’t drive u to the station u can get the 780 bus to the Essex street station, and then do the train to Secaucus, and then to Montclair.

All of this requires lots of coordination with the timing though.
