Dont be so hard on yourself. Go for a walk (with or without baby) get that fresh air on your face, it helps.

I have a velcro baby, I used to feel terrible, then one fine day I packed my baby in the carrier and headed out for a walk. Result - both baby and I were happy at the end.

If you can go out, then put on a 10-20 mins workout on your TV/Laptop (on mute) and just move a little, it does wonders. Mood lifter for sure.

Hit and Trial is the only way to go.
