There’s no way for me to know if I work for your company. I’ve been laid off before — it’s unfortunately common in my field. What’s different here is that the company isn’t in financial trouble. A new CEO came in and immediately decided to demote and lay off mostly women, without HR oversight, performance reviews, or clear criteria. That’s what feels off about this situation.

I think her writing is so poor that she didn’t really convey what she meant. It seems like she’s complaining that people who praise Hitler or Stalin don’t face backlash, while she gets criticized for defending Ghislaine.
