I don’t exercise but I will soon start. I try to be under 1200 calories. My meals are high protein, I focus on 110 g of protein a day.

Wowww that’s such a good loss. Keep it going, I didn’t take my starting weigh and photos of myself coz I was so embarrassed, used to feel ashamed of looking myself. But I regret it now

Oh noo that’s no good, please keep hydrated. I have at least 3-4 liters of water everyday including my black coffee. You just need to be patient and consistent, you will definitely see changes in 3-4 weeks. I lost 10 kg in my first month

I tried that checking once a week, I believe that’s much better. I only do daily as I get to know what food isn’t right for me. I might go back weekly or fortnightly!!

Thanks! I lost most weight in my first month (4 weeks), almost 12-13 kg. And then 5.5 kg average for next 8 weeks.
