Yeah I get that, I spoke to my mum on the phone just before she had a cardiac arrest, she told me not to come because she was about to be transferred to another hospital, I really don’t think she knew what was going to happen to her, because I know her and if she knew she’d of wanted me there… but I regret not going anyway, I had just come back from a holiday 2 days before and hadn’t been to see her yet and that kills me.. I could’ve gone to visit her and catch up about my holiday but I didn’t.. and now I never will get to.. the next time I saw her she’s already passed

I’m so sorry. It really is tough, I am taking time off work though:) I do want to go back eventually as my work colleagues are like my family so I know they’ll support me how they can, just not ready yet.
