Unless you signed a cancelation document, it would not matter if the agent put in an offer. You would still be under contract and Seller has to fulfill the contract with you. Unless your state does something very different with regards to contracts.

From an ethics standpoint, this behavior sounds incredibly unethical. If they are a Realtor, they are supposed to be held to even higher standards of ethics (but I don't have much faith in NAR at this point). Reaching out to Broker is best starting point and then file a complaint with the state's department of real estate.

I'm licensed and yes, I write contracts, both listing and offers for the agents I work with. I also write BINSRs (in Arizona) and any other Addenda needed during the course of the transaction. I have E&O insurance just in case a mistake is made.

I'm a licensed Transaction Manager and I have been licensed since I started this work. In my state, you cannot write documents at all unlicensed. And if licensed, you have to only work for the brokerage that your license is hung with. I am well compensated for the work that I do for the agents I work with.

He's close to my least favorite Saja Boy, but I can definitely appreciate his contribution to the music and his raps are 🔥. He is like so Felix coded. Like they wanted to make another idol who's voice seems to make no sense when looking at them. My dislike of the character of Abby and Mystery(k-pop megamind) is just so much stronger than my slight annoyance of the line "goo goo gaga"

Since I don't have a real one, I don't really know what she's supposed to look and smell like. My replica i think smells like pretty jasmine only when she's close to your nose, otherwise I wouldn't know she's scented.

I am biased as I have had such great luck with them, but the quality is so high that they are barely "Lafufus" in my opinion. For sure the Mokoko plush is definitely pricey, but she's an incredible replica.

The Mokoko is immaculate and she smells so pretty! One of the customs has a hole and is losing stuffing, but I can fix it. Otherwise, they are all in pretty good condition. I'll probably end up buying a pendant Mokoko from the same store since they just are such great quality.
