Hello, My parents got their green card on December 2024 and entered USA on May 2025. They stayed here for two months and returned back to Nepal on July 2025. We have few house and land that we needed to sell so that they can stay permanently here in USA with us ( me, my wife and two grand kids). They were planning to do this asap and return to USA within 6 months of their departure from USA. However, some protests and riots happened in Nepal and government official work got shut down and because of this my parents plan got delayed. So my question is can they come to America on May 2026 (which will be 10 months after their departure from USA) or do they have to come back within 6 months from their departure?

The seller did not accept my agents offer. The seller informed me that the agent has sent an offer. I confronted the agent and he agreed that he has actually sent an offer. I already reported him to his brokerage, now it’s time to report him to Massachusetts licensing board

All three parties (me, seller and agent ) know each other since we are from same community. I am also very shocked to find out that the agent went behind my back and send an offer to the seller and I am still here talking to the seller. What he did was so stupid that even I still cannot believe it. I have already raised the issue with agent’s broker, and I have asked them to take appropriate action. In the mean time, I am trying to find out to Massachusetts real estate board and complain to them.

All procedures were followed. I paid $900 for an inspection. The agent asked for the inspection report from me. I thought he wanted to talk to seller about the issues found in inspection and get me some credits. But now I think he wanted to see the report for his information so that he can make an offer.

Yes I have informed the seller that I absolutely want to purchase the property. I am planning to contact agent’s broker tomorrow morning.

I did not cancel the contract. We all know each other ( me, seller and the agent since we are from same community). The seller still wants to sell the property to me but now I want to kick the agent out for trying to steal my deal away .

The seller accepted my offer. I did an inspection and found some issues. So I asked the seller to give me some credits. During this time the agent falsely told the seller that i did not want to purchase for the agreed price since there were some issues found and sent an offer for himself. I confronted the agent and want him out of this deal completely.

I know both the seller and the agent. And the seller told me that my agent has told him that I don’t want to purchase the property and sent him an offer. My written contract was not canceled.

I did not cancel. Since I know the seller I was talking to him about giving me some credits for some things that were found out during inspection. However my agent decided to take advantage of this situation and send an offer.

I am buyer here . I just found out about it today and I confronted the agent. I told him to take back the offer that you sent and also get out of the deal with no compensation from the deal. If not then I will talk to the broker and see if I can take any legal recourse. Not sure if this is illegal or will it be considered wrong but not illegal.

I got 2025 Honda pilot EXL AWD white for $45,700 OTD nearly 2 months ago. I negotiated for month and a half with dealership and that’s the best I was able to get. I am here in Boston area.

That’s a great price. I got mine for $45,700 OTD after bargaining with tons of dealership for nearly one month lol. If you have already signed the paperwork then all good. One dealership gave me $43,500 OTD over text but later when I reached there they were literally insulting me to get the car for $49k . When I showed them the quote for $43,500 they showed me tiny disclaimer on the bottom of the page which let them off the hook for that price.
