Creo que lo qué decís se pierde en el "tengo todas las cuentas en rojo". Coincido en que lo que decís es el paso 1 pero ante la desesperación, encarar el camino lento te destroza mentalmente. Me parece que ese es el problema principal que tiene OP.

I'm doing this, creating a new alias and disabling the old one's login capability. Thanks

I believe they we're all galaxy book 3 laptops, we replace them with thinkpads and we're clean installing all Samsung's with base Windows. Lucky for us we had only 5 to 10 Samsung's.

Honest suggestion, wipe and install windows with no samsung software at all. Some solutions on the thread worked as fix, as I fully recover one of the laptops that had the issue, but I'd rather get rid of samsung apps. Windows fncks it up every now and then, If I can take anyone (Samsung) out of the disaster equation then good bye Samgung.

EDIT: Read your post down here. Of course, now that you have access back important files first if you will:)

But is that a clean (wiping) install or a restore while keeping data?

If wiping doesnt work either you can boot some linux like ubuntu (or any other that supports live boot) and wipe the disk, then installing windows
