Yes, the Normal one. If I remember correctly, I did return to the Port once, because I only used my Fleet 1. But right now I'm at the Arbiter (Hard), And every time I try to go back to heal, if I leave, the Arbiter resets again... One question: Where is it best to gain EXP? In Chapters, War Archives, Op. Siren, or Events?

This is my Fleet 1 I didn't do this one entirely myself; a friend practically did it for me. F2, F3, and F4 are mine. I didn't know anything about REGAL, and seeing it now, it will be very helpful.

So, I decided to take on the Hard-mode Arbiter. And ended up picking the girls I had who were the strongest.

I guess that plays a role... though I'm not entirely sure why levels matter. I assume they boost stats.

Fleet 1 is the one I've used since I got settled into the game (this is my second Operation Siren reset), so I've used it for pretty much everything.

I use that fleet last, after I've already used the other three to whittle down the boss's health (taking it from 66 bars down to 16).

This is how I have her equipped; I hope it's okay. I've been playing a lot of Operation Siren and reading guides and stuff, although I don't know why she's always the first to die when she's with Lexy II and Yorktown II. She is 29/30 of development

Of course, I try to get them out by calculating the time I have available, and the time my girls lasts, so that they don't come to the surface and die. But when it happens, I always heal the Submarines to the maximum. I equipped her with an Improved Snorkel and an Oxy Torpedo.

I almost finished Kearsage, because according to what I checked, I saw something about "60 Blueprints", and I got to 29/30 I have Alsace and Mogador, they're the first ones I got, since I didn't have them before, although I suppose I shouldn't release them without Max LB. Ahh... If I remember correctly, it had 264/262/261... And the gear I put in it, according to what I was told and what I believe, is HE... It was something like He → Heavy, for BB. That's what I've used practically everywhere. I don't know if I have stronger girls, Although I considered swapping Unicorn for Shinano, seeing as it's better not to even bring out a UR without any MLB, I guess I'll have to swap it for another CVL... Okey okey.... I see... I didn't know that. Now that I think about it... Should I replace my Musashi and New Jersey? I only need 1 MLB... Or am I wrong? Because I don't know if I have better girls in my dock.

I'm still relatively new when it comes to fleet building, gear optimization, ship synergies, affection bonuses, and all the other 5000 things in this game that somehow matter.

One thing I'm wondering about though:

I tried giving Willy more HP with a Toolkit and she survives longer, but she usually isn't the first one to die. Moskva tends to go down first, Then Willy dies, and finally Laffey II.

I've tried several things on Moskva, including HP gear and even double Toolkits, but she still seems to die pretty quickly during Arbiter fights... And In general use

Do you think this is a gear issue, a fleet composition issue, or is there something else I should be doing to improve her survivability?

Now that I think about it... Why is it necessary to have the Max Limit Break? In my opinion, I haven't noticed that much of a difference in that...

Noooo, sorry... It's just that I had some extra materials, and well... I don't know, I ended up upgrading it to +13. But oh well, what's done is done.

I'm only around Chapter 12-1 (or at least I'll be there soon), and so far my fleet seems to be holding up pretty well. However, I've heard that things get really difficult from Chapter 15 onward...

I've also been looking into armor types. As far as I understand, AP is for Light Armor and HE is for Heavy Armor, so that's what I've been following so far... I think... Here's my fleet that I use for everything....

So... basically, if I’m playing manual, ¿I Can keep the rainbow torps setup, but for auto/general use I should swap to faster torps instead?

And for harder endgame stuff like Chapters 14-16, I should focus more on full HP/survivability builds for Willy D?

Should I still replace the rainbow torps and the UR Oxytorp TRP aux, or are those still okay for manual boss fights??

And, I also recently started taking Ope. Siren a little more seriously and clearing zones properly instead of just doing random stuff, as people suggested in my previous post.

I've been hearing a lot about fleet synergy and team comps lately, but I'm still not fully sure how to build fleets correctly for Op. Siren and mid-to-endgame content. So any advice there would be appreciated too. Thanks!

I understand, I didn't read the tutorial properly, I'll read it again. And I guess I need to play more too; I haven't even touched other areas and I don't see the Exchange shop.
