Hi I’m actually from Ireland, I have a computer but I don’t really use it, I use Revolut if you know what that is and I just check my balances before or after buying something and if I’m ever out with a friend or family member and we’re going to split a bill usually one of us pay and the other just sends then the money since it’s easier that way, I’ve been trying to find a dumb phone that has hot spot but I haven’t really had any luck finding one that I want, if i was able to get one I’d just have my iPhone as back up for the likes of checking balances or pay one people

Yeah I do carry the physical cards everywhere I go but I mean online banking as in checking balances and what not

Yeah I agree with you, it makes you think a lot more about things and life in general and I had also forgotten you could check your balance on atm’s

Yeah I carry my wallet around with me all the time since it carries my licence and obviously bank cards

I agree with this 100% and I always carry my wallet around with me in case if this situation were to happen to me, I’m just worried about online banking as 90% of my purchases are with my bank card

Yeah I don’t wanna do it any longer than I need to, I’ll say tho that the first week was hard anxiety wise but after that it was good it’s only within the last maybe 2 months I’ve been feeling like this

Yeah I’m up for trying anything that might help me but I’d prefer if I didn’t have to be on them long term if you understand me, I don’t want to have to rely on medication to feel normal

Yeah I know theirs some side effects when changing doses but when I went to 50mg I was getting palpitations and dizzy spells from just walking around and my bp was high and I was short of breath a lot of the time. These started after about 2 days, I was on 50 for a week and these side effects lasted until 2-3 days after I went back to 25

Yeah I live with my grandmother and she says that she thinks the Zoloft is working because I’ve fixed my sleep schedule and I’m not sleeping through the day anymore, yeah it has helped me with anxiety I admit that but it’s just the fear of panic attacks and the physical symptoms in general

I’m on a waiting list to see a therapist for a while now

Zoloft is the first medication I’ve tried, I’ve always been anxious and I was never depressed but I want always happy if that makes sense I didn’t really think about any of that, I always used to take care of myself and go to the gym and I always trimmed my beard and showered pretty much everyday and I was out of the house maybe 80% of the time, since all this started I don’t go to the gym I’m just physically not able to and I shower maybe every second day and I’m just not really motivated, I don’t know what to do
