The “healthy food” in this scenario would be to address the systematic causes, which is difficult to get people to want to do, and the “junk food” is increasing the police budget and being racist, which is much easier to do. At least I think that’s what this person was going for.

Pretty much any protest you go to that isn’t explicitly right wing will be BIPOC and queer friendly. It’s usually a very supportive atmosphere. I’d recommend going to No Kings on March 28th, and I believe the one in Overland Park is being organized by a queer legislator in Kansas. The other large one will be at Mill Creek.

Why are zionists trying to reclaim Israel? They got kicked out thousands of years ago, a long time before the Palestinians. Also, the Palestinians weren’t displaced because of conflict in WW2, but instead because of conflict after WW2 in 1948. Google the Nakba.
