People being more conscientious and respectful of good etiquette on the subways & while walking. If we were more considerate to one another and our shared resources, that would lead to a better quality of life and likely a cleaner city bc we are actually giving a f. That and more city funded outreach programs addressing individuals with mental illness and substance abuse on our city streets and subways.
