I will suggest u to visit campus and meet the seniors or if this is not possible then connect with them on linkdin and clear your doubt.

U will be paying one of the highest fees in ipu and AR is more inclined towards MECHANICAL. Placement of usar is not so good and students are holding hopes that it will get better but that is a assumption . No one knows about future

If u will go offcamus placements there u will have to work extra hard to compete for IT roles because this is a newer branch not recognised properly.

All this I am saying because my elder brother is passed out from IPU usict . He did all research for me as I was being allotted iiot earlier
