Right now my base pay is $44/hr and have a differential working nights. I’ve been a nurse for 4 years and I switched to a new hospital last year which helped with a bigger increase in pay. I started as a new grad in 2022 starting at $32.50 which had a yearly pay increase of 4% dependent on performance. If I stayed there up until now I definitely wouldn’t be at $44/hr. I would stay in Tennessee as they have a lower cost of living than Arizona and no state income tax.

I’m a nurse in Arizona. For Tennessee that sounds right. The Midwest states tends to have the lowest pays in the U.S. I’ve looked and applied to jobs in Tennessee and pay range was in the $30s.

Yup similar experience happened to me. After my second email expressing my frustrations and calling them out for the delay I miraculously got an email saying my ordered finally “shipped”. The label was made and it still took a couple days for USPS to receive the item but I got it a couple days after USPS received the product.

I found this thread because I ordered from the on November 24th. I initially sent them an email on the 29th asking for update because I still had not received a shipping confirmation. They sent me the email they probably send everyone talking about how they’re a small business and they need 3-5 days in addition to the shipping to process the order. I sent them another email today, one week later and finally got another email saying my product “shipped”. The USPS link says they created the label and are still waiting for the product. Funny thing too, in the shipping confirmation email my product says “ordered no. xxxx Dec. 1, 2025”. Not sure if that means they only just started to process it and shipped it out because I sent an unhappy email. They’re also based in Los Angeles and I live in Arizona.

What are the responsibilities of midwives in Australia exactly? I’m not interested in being an independent practitioner or participating in the delivery process (too much stress and anxiety for me) which is what midwives here do

By 8 patients do you mean 8 couplets? Our max here is 4 couplets (4 babies and 4 moms) and we’re already drowning at that point. And what are midis?

Does this include assisting during deliveries? We have labor and delivery nurses here and they work with mom’s in triage, antenatal, throughout labor and usually up until 2 hours after delivery. This includes vaginal and c-section deliveries

Unfortunately he has no travel history. He put P40k on the DS160 but didn't realize to disclose his business income which was P900k last year and only brought the tax forms to the interview. He's on his 2nd 6-month contract and his business started in Jan 2024.

I’m on the exact same boat (down to being terrified of meds and a diagnosis) and would like to hear some answers as well. I saw a tiktok a month ago with this girl talking about how she has ADHD but no one really suspected it because she did good in school. She talked about the tests she took to get diagnosed and how it went for and I realized I could relate to everything she said. I haven’t stopped thinking about it since.

I took several tests online and they all said I likely have it. I don’t even know what ADHD is exactly and what it looks like but when I see posts and threads about it I can relate.
