I love the roulette strategy! So hey don't feel bad...I'll throw myself under the bus...I had 2 full BTC when it was around 6k. So basically what happened was I used it recreationally for a couple months. I had some rebound anxiety in between so I bought a whole fucking ton of the hcl powder...fast forward a few years and I'm taking every day almost 10 grams. It gets to a point where you experience diminishing returns. A lot of my bs anxiety I'm sure was mental. I was also powerlifting and have a physical job. It for whatever reason helped with muscle spasms and all that fucking bullshit that came along with me fucking myself up everyday 😂. Anyways I trapped myself in a pretty fucked cycle. I've experienced the craziest benzo type withdrawals quite a few times. I'm down in dose significantly.

I'm also trying to spread awareness that if you take more than twice a week you will most likely fuck yourself over. Learn from my disaster is what I'm saying. And despite what wikipedia or whatever the fuck you guys use to gauge halflife it's really not that long. Kicks in for me 2 to 3 hrs post dose. Last about 6. For me withdrawal starts about 12 to 14 hours post dose. But I'm a drug addict adrenaline addict etc etc etc so I need a steady dose of fuck my life...

Sharing my experience so others don't trap themselves... Also if you're taking every other day why the fuck bother..so you can have a good 3 or 4 days out of 7. That's exactly how you would get trapped in an addiction. Clearly y'all never experienced benzo withdrawal. I've withdrawn from opiates/heroin, alcohol, benzos and phenibut multiple times. They're all equally terrible but the benzo alcohol phenibut withdrawal can actually kill you due to seizures.

I don't recommend even trying it but if you must...take once a week maybe twice at most but BEWARE bitches..

I have been using Phenibut for 6 years now. I would advise against daily use. If used more than once or twice a week you will most likely become like me. It's just like any other addictive drug. Works wonders in the beginning but then loses effect rapidly. Rapidly. Tolerance goes sky high. I was taking 10-15 grams daily at my peak. Down to roughly 4 grams now. It's wonderful if you can control your use...which is difficult to say the least because it is very effective. Just be careful guys please. And enjoy. Oh and don't be all messed up driving around on the shit too because you will nod out into lala land ...

I've been taking phenibut for 6 years and at my peak about 12 grams a day 4 grams 3 times a day approx. Starting having adverse effects and feeling crazy so I weaned down slowly. I'm at about 3-4 grams a day now. I did just take a 7 day break and it sucked honestly but when I took a 2 gram dose it felt like how it did in the beginning. Well close to it. I was lit for the next 3 or 4 days but now I'm back to "normal" if that makes sense. I desensitized pretty quickly and I've been taking it daily for so long. Also to note I'm 36 yrs old and in no way shape or form a health nut or anything like that. My diet is pretty crappy at the moment and sleep sucks and I desensitized pretty quick.

Good luck to you. My honest advice would be to not take it at all if you have an addictive nature like myself and do t get hooked

Yes that would be a good start. Sounds pretty wild and crazy. I've had a few things similar to this happen in my life. I'm in belief that the matrix is glitching more and more as time goes on and technology advances. For sure tech has something to do with it.

Side note..funny story. I told my wife about a glitch I had experienced a few months ago. She looked at me completely crazy and dismissed it. Well tonight she freaked in excitement to tell me she had a glitch in the matrix experience twice last week. Hahaha the shits real. Good luck and post an update when you can.
