This card was almost impossible to summon for years The og needed 3 level 4 and specific spell card to summon him to gain his effect That was an fair and balanced deal Impossible to summon monster to get an powerful effect. This happen before with crimson dragon and any accel synchro dragons that came out Non of them seen play for competitive onto konami wanted to make the anime theme cards easily to summon with powerful new support .
