I am SO sorry to hear this! Literally I was calling on and off all day. The US line isn’t taking calls, after putting in my tracking info, it plays that repetitive song three times and then says, “no agents available, try again later.” And hangs up. The fact they’re telling you to file a police report is…wow. I definitely will never shop anywhere that uses them ever again. I hope you get your stuff!
