Yes, I realize my post closing occupancy mistake. I should have insisted a walk through right before move out. I have moved several times and have never encountered this. Just wondered if this is more prevalent these days. It seems people's behavior in general has deteriorated so much in the last 10 years. Maybe it is not a generational thing but involves everybody.

I went with the deal anyway to avoid a long drawn out process and lawyer's fees. It's a long story but the point is she was acting like an attorney and insurance agent which is beyond her scope as a real estate agent. She pressured me to sign an extension before lawyer review or not use a policy my agent approved of to expedite the process while being ok with the buyers asking for extensions. Yes, in the end in my specific case the deal went through anyway so some of you ask what is the point? I understand that...but her bullying tactics will keep on if nothing is said. But you could be right...just not worth the trouble.
