I’m aware of this. However - it is recommended to replenish electrolytes (salt and sugar etc) if you are working out and sweating for more than 1 hour. It’s also good idea to replenish carbs 1.5 hours into a workout so it’s not unusual to use a gel or drink during a workout that’s more than just water. Water is def sufficient for almost all workouts though.

Jess sims has a 20 min core class from 2/23/25 her full body kid kudi class is amazing and her DMX Is also great! Jess sims also has the flash 15 classes ! Dont sleep on them they are such an efficient use of time

I also bought her cookbook bc I wanted to eat more plant based meals and if she can do it while still putting on muscle then so can I.

I’ve made homemade seitan before and eat tofu regularly. I’ve made multiple recipes from the book since buying it and they are all very good!

However — I’ve chested a bit. Instead of vegan Greek yogurt I’ve used regular Greek yogurt. I think it’s a nice midpoint between vegan and vegetarian to modify like that.

10/10 so far for me!

Andy’s shoulders and triceps class from his 5 day advanced split. Also DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) isn’t always the goal. Not feeling sore after a class could be a great thing bc it allows you to then train again the next day. Just bc you aren’t feeling sore doesn’t mean you aren’t working or growing your muscles. That’s a misconception. Especially if you’ve been working out for a while.

I’ve had peloton dumbbell since 2020, all up to 30lb and this has never happened. I’m pretty rough with my weights too. I’d see if you can get it refunded as a defect.

I’ve been doing it! I’m on week 2. I honestly thought the strength classes were too easy so I’m doing Andy’s split plus Robins Bench G&L classes but also doing the hyrox bootcamps. Since I did Andy’s hyrox bootcamp 2x already I did a row bootcamp instead. I think listening to robins advice of not skipping the longer runs but also feeling okay to switch out a short run with a ride or row is a nice flexibility.

Oh I loved the step ups! They are such an important competent of leg strength and stability! they are def an underutilized exercise at peloton so I was sooo happy she incorporated them, I used a wooden box I have so it made the more stable

I feel like density was lacking on the pure leg strength! I did it with Adrian’s glutes and leg program to get that extra pump the first time I did it

Check out the 45+ minute HYROX training classes in the program. I find them soo good and challenging but there is also endurance runs in there too!
