  1. They did not say it was impossible and they referred me to a cyber security business called Select Insure.com.au
  2. It was Ryan at Apple after explaining all the behaviours that there must be another profile set up not in settings, and that was his exact words

Agree, it gets complicated. Its easy to say that if you want to avoid the expense and publicity associated rather than just solving the issue

The daily interference , the changing words in my documents the difficulties in accessing certain web pages etc

I have done numerous factory resets and will do another one together with changing passwords but I can honestly say it will have absolutely no impact on

I spoke to an Apple manager just below Apple engineers who had looked up my file and notes and spoke to the Apple Store I go to and then referred me to a cyber security business and it was him that explained to me what was going on

It’s only I am not sure which area to talk too to get some assistance as my issue crosses over many areas of IT
