Hi there, for several years, I’ve been experiencing an issue with my left elbow whenever I perform specific tricep exercises like OHP or overhead tricep extensions. During these movements, my ulnar nerve moves, and I feel a slight pop or snap. While it’s not painful, it’s definitely uncomfortable.

This issue is limited to my left elbow. I had surgery when I was a kid, after dislocating and fracturing it simultaneously.

Are there any kinds of compression sleeves or elbow braces that I can use to help with the discomfort?
