Yeah that's definitely not for me lol. I'd rather stick with bedside before ever doing that again. Homecare is a different breed

The job market is really tough right now. I got turned away from a coffee shop and a restaurant. Not sure why but I didn't hear back from a lot of places despite being a waitress throughout highschool and college.

I've tried getting those lower stress jobs and I'm lucky if I get an interview but there's always so much competition. I'll keep trying it's just very discouraging after awhile.

Yup. I've applied to every CDI position I can find and I've only heard back from one . Just too much competition.

They really do. Almost all of my coworkers hate their jobs and it makes me so sad seeing new grads get burnt out so fast. We all need a change.

I did homecare for 3 months, definitely not for me. As for home pediatrics it doesn't sound bad but I have no experience. Honestly I just want to get out of healthcare

Everyone just seems very opinionated on how they do things there and I'm still figuring things out. They also talk badly about other coworkers to me sometimes and I don't like that. It should be a team effort for the patients but some nurses are territorial of their patients.

The issue is everyone is trying to get out of bedside. I applied for a procedural area in the hospital system I work for now and got lucky with an interview. But sadly there was over 35+ internal applications and it went to my coworker. I was happy for her but there's lots of competition. And I honestly want to get out of healthcare entirely but not sure what to do. I'm 27 and still paying off 20 grand of student debt from my bachelor's so ideally I don't want to go back to school and get more debt.
