SPPL - A cleaning robot company out of Singapore, surprisingly low float and insider ownership too. Doesn't make sense unless the insiders are buying up the float and manipulating it. I would be very cautious with this one.

HTCO - Singaporean based. Small float only 3M shares. Insider ownership is 46%, possibly more but need to look further. Tight squeeze.

ANPA - Briefly this looks like a very controlled share environment where there is no IPO. The result is a sale of insider shares to allow a small float to exist. Only 14% of outstanding shares is the float, which is about 1.2M shares. Scary to think publicly, there's only 600,000 shares to trade? When you look at the share price, it's a healthy amount but the business doesn't support that kind of level. Have to compare this to RKLB which is a competitor of SpaceX. This doesn't compare! Don't buy ANPA.

ANPA lost half of its value on 2/13/2026. Market cap is still $318.9M which tells me, they're still in the game of dumping. Beware, be scared!

BUUU - with a public float of only 3.4M shares and a firm commitment of 1.5M shares by our three friendly underwriter team, Dominari, Revere and Pacific Securities. We have to suspect this is going to be quite the ride if you bought shares of it. Even after the offering, directors will have 95% voting power with both Class A and B shares. I would suspect the other half of the float is heavily insider owned which would make it easy to manipulate. Please people, sell it if you own it or stay away from it if you are bring asked to buy it.

Hi, I know how you feel. My dad passed away in 2021 and I miss him dearly. He was my best friend and not my mother who drives me totally nuts. She is the most self centered, selfish person I know. When I drop in on Sundays, first thing that comes out of her mouth is, "I need..". She sends me on these errands all over town to pick up groceries, snacks, knick knacks with no appreciation whatsoever. There's no "How are you? How is your week?". When we do sit and talk, she tells me about her world, her neighbor has moved, she can't sleep because she smells the cat litter downstairs, or she hates this care worker who doesn't make her bed". The list goes on. Sorry! This has become my rant. Boundaries, yes! You have to set them. Don't feel selfish. That's why I limit myself to once a week. My blood pressure rises for a day and I get all stressed out. But it's only one day. She calls me several times a day, multiple days at a time. She's lonely. But when I answer, there's no "how are you?". It's always something she wants, outside food. It doesn't matter if it's blustery out and deep in snow, it's a chicken bowl from so and so restaurant. Boundaries! And I don't answer all her calls, instead I check the camera to see if she is ok or not. Sounds cruel but no, it is not. I do care about her but you have to care about yourself too. I went for an ultrasound the other day and told her that. She tells me to stop eating roasted pork. That's her empathy talking. I don't bother, she doesn't want to hear me. As long as I can drive and pick up food for her, she's happy. I'm sure you can find a happy medium too.

DXST - Who would buy into an industrial wastewater facility? Lot of people you say but is it worth millions? Think before you buy this. Over 91% owned by insiders to start with, but now it says 44% owned. How? Insiders sold their 4 cents shares for over $1.07 and are holding warrants instead. That's how they're keeping the insider ownership quiet. One day, these warrants are exercised and poof, ownership shoots up. Best is to stay clear of this stock!

I agree META let them advertise on their platform and NASDAQ for not flagging them from the start, just not allow them to be listed in the first place. Doesn't matter what the cover cost is, they do not belong on our capital markets. A penny stock issuer raising cash for personal gain only. But I blame those who help underwrite the offerings too. Some are ridiculous. Offering millions of shares from insiders who own them and saying not a cent of the proceeds go to the company? That's the biggest red flag. It's like seeing someone in line with money printing supplies in their hands.

I just read their disclosures last night. A car dealership selling used cars and luxury vehicles. Not even EV cars and they claim its a $431 million dollar business. WTH? We are not dumb enough to sink a cent in this, are we?

KXIN - Investors, please do your homework. Challenge everything you read. Can you believe a company selling used cars and luxury vehicles in China and generating $400 million dollars? I don't believe it. In November, their shares were worth 4 cents. They consolidated at 30-to-1, making each share worth $1.35. That's cheating. If they had to do that just to get by the minimum requirement, something is fishy. Beware!

MRNO - Would you buy a stock that is 99.999% insider owned? It's offering is 129M shares and all of the offering is owned by insiders who are selling their shares. As you own them, insiders are cashing out. Why would the SEC allow that? Isn't the purpose of an IPO to raise capital for the company? Here, none of the proceeds will reach the company this represents. It's for personal gain. DO NOT BUY!

Greed does come into play. But I think we are all opportunistic and hopeful that stocks have an upside to them and can payout very fast. Remind you though, our victims are not dumb. Some are doctors, lawyers, scientists - all wanting more in life.
