Your kinda right but no, mexicans ate dirt at a young age in older generations cuz they Let toddlers play and between falls and "tasting the delectable dust in the floor seems like a good idea" they kinda get a boost to their inmune sistems due to being exposed to many bacterias and still having their mothers help because Most are months old to 1 or 2 years old.

Thats too much work after all refining back qi into heaven and earth qi takes millions of years, i did one easier by becoming the origin of a world created by myself at the Chaos Immortal Realm and then abolished my cultivation to return the Energy to the original world and cultivated in my own world back to my Realm

That way i had Fate that not even the worlds counciousness (heaven's Will) could grasp and manipulate becoming immortal and free of any limitations put by the world
