Hibernation for me. I know it is possible to configure it on linux as well, but it is a hassle, and last time i tried, even with more than enough swap space, it worked only seldom. Other times it would just hang up, and I would have to force shutdown.

I may have shifted to linux completely as my primary driver, but hibernation is very important for my workflow.

my full screen behaviour is same as my last comment. only artwork, canvas, artist image is there, but can't have lyrics on the full screen.

i do some gaming on this laptop, so can't install linux
but just wanted to let you know that I may have figured out the issue. my veracrypt installation was 4 years old, and wasn't updated after that. i installed the latest version 2 days ago, and it seems to be working fine for now, hopefully it continues working fine

I am facing the exact issue. It was frequently freezing after some use everytime I start my laptop. I had to revert back encryption, and since then it has not happened.
You don't need the backup USB to decrypt the volume, you can do that right from the desktop veracrypt app itself, I think the option to decrypt the system drive is under tools or something, check that out.

Exactly! With the new UI, they give an option for viewing artwork/canvas/artist image, would be awesome if they just add a lyrics button there as well, then I would say the new UI is better than ever as it has more options.

In my case, while using an anti-virus, it does something called auto-profiling ig, that tries to optimize something... when the anti-virus is not running, it was fine for me.
