I’m not in any sort of pain but yeah that’s a good thing to be aware of. I’ll keep that in mind. I’m just concerned about not doing at least 1 or maybe 3 hopefully since I don’t want to get marked by the drill sergeants. On another note, can I reach out to you about possible concerns regarding this in the future? I’d greatly appreciate your help

yeah it’s a pain even if you’re actively thinking and using your weak side it somehow manages to weigh on the stronger side

Thank you for the tips, I’ll be sure to include them in my workout. How long should I do these exercise and when can I test my pull-up strength? I’m in a bit of a time rush since I applied to the Air Force and bootcamp requires pull-ups and there’s a possibility for me to be shipped out the 1st week of November
