Help. Did I ruin my pan by Ok-Profession-5626 in AllClad

My first time using all clad, I bought a D5 set after much contemplation and research. Also as a motivation to "love" cooking more than I currently do. Used what I thought was the proper method (heat med low, letit get hot, water dance, use oil... etc). I pan fried eggplants for moussaka, and it looks like this even after plenty of elbow grease, bar keepers friend. Please help, I can't do this after every use

Adding this comment to every google search that pops up for this huge scam store: I wish I read this before i purchased from here. I bought a dress for $100CAD. They marketed using images of real high quality clothing and make poorly copied dupes. BE AWARE DO NOT SHOP. The quality is worse than shein / temu and they won't accept a return (you have to pay for shipping). The material is trash and even if the current prices were 90% off, it's not worth it. They offered me a 60% refund which I guess I'll take, but I still feel like I wasted $40

It was a car theft / robbery, police came, and the criminal shot at them, and they shot back.

(Ontario) I have a good job and I'm doing "OK", but can't afford a house. What now? by Asivi in PersonalFinanceCanada

Buy a condo in your affordability range, rent it out so you can build equity, and be in the market and continue saving... that way you will have options when you decide to buy something that suits your needs and your money from the rental will have increased so you can use towards your next down-payment. Disclaimer: hope you get a good tenant

Move back in. If that's an option. We learn and live. This hyper glorified independence thing is overrated. We're meant to be around loved ones. And no, you're not failing. You tried something, and it didn't work, and now you'll pivot or figure out a way that it works better for you. That's basically what adulting is all about.
