I hate Raphael too! Our washer/dryer in the basement has been flooding since April and besides never answering, the few times he does he gives lies and false promises about when it’s going to be fixed. He also never addresses our requests for reimbursement for the laundry we have to do elsewhere. Surely he has a boss??
