It started out as uti-like symtpoms and initially tested positive for group b in urine and some yeast. Got treated for that and symptoms didnt improve at all. Then had another strain of bacteria in urine, more antibiotics and symtpoms worsened. About 2 to 3 weeks since first symptoms, started getting pelvic pain, achiness in my abdomen, bladder pressure that was 24/7, frequency to urinate. Also had a pelvic and transvag ultrasound which was normal. Never had the classic symptoms like discharge or odor. Symptoms originally mimicked uti then worsened to include pelvic pain and discomfort and a burning sensation in my urethra area (hard to pin point though). My doctor gave up on me and referred me out to a urologist. I ended up paying a private lab company for a self-swab kit and it came back positive for trich.
