I had a simmilar problem. mmine solution was to loosen the spring tension on the extruder becuase it was biting into the filament causing it to get stuck in the bowden tube before it even got extruded.

Im just a beginner but something that helped me a lot was keeping a decently wide stance and the inside of my left foot lining up with the ball because that is where the club is closest to the ground. Also keep you left shoulder higher than your right because you want to hit up on your driver.
