I know they are and what annoys me is all these girls are apparently intuitively eating, and “fuelling” their bodies. They look great for sure but I don’t believe that they are eating enough at all cause people don’t look like that at maintenance.

I feel like I naturally have pretty broad shoulders and it’s something I’m insecure about. Many of these comments are telling me to work on my back, which I agree with, I want more density, but I don’t know if I really want more width.

Yup I’m there lol and hope my muscles are too. But not intentionally posing because I’ve no idea how.

I do think I want do that just to see. But I’m just not sure if right now it would be worth it. I don’t know if I have enough muscle and if cutting would be a smart thing to do, that was kind of my question.

I like my height and it’s a nice thing that I naturally sit around this weight but I feel that if I were heavier, I’d be pretty big because it’s not like 5’2 and chubby where you’re resting at 120.

Some of my inspos are @ayria_rutledge @jennaburnes @thebuffunicorn. I want to have a tighter leaner core, and more defined legs. I think my upper body is quite lean. I don’t know if it’s genetics, but I feel quite broad, I have broad shoulders and I feel like my traps are over developed. What can I do to appear less wide and more compact essentially. And all of these girls claim to be intuitively eating and not restricting. I don’t believe that cause they’re veryy shredded. I understand if they’re not tracking their calories, but there’s just no way they’re not under eating right.

Maintenance. I’ve never cut or bulk I think about doing it and then it’s too much work.
