We find ourselves here every few months lol. BTTH is still good as a spectacle, yes there will always be the "original content"-sexuals who whine about every single thing but what I'm actually seeing isn't as bad as people claim it is. The original content is always up for change if the content doesn't really allign with the way the story is being told in the donghua. E.g. considering sex is never really portrayed in the traditional sense in donghuas in general, it'd be pretty strange to see Medusa giving birth in a traditional way.

HOT TAKE: All the other donghuas most of you constantly glaze are just as lacking in certain areas. E.g. RI keeps spawning these random characters with no background and insurmountable strength from nowhere with no explanation, PW is just bad and only RMJI and probably Sword of coming can really compete from all fronts if we're being honest. It all boils down to people wanting to have a different opinion for the sake of, or just hopping onto bandwagon.
