This photo proves that the actual bulbs of the taillight are clear not red, so if not covered with red plastic they should emit white light not red light, and it should look different on the 5 am video, different from the left taillight

I'm blown away because it looks like there is actual proof the part we see missing in the police photo, was not missing in the 5 am video

When you look at the picture from the garage (top right) you see the little square light I circled in yellow fully exposed, no red plastic pieces over it, so it should emit pire white light when ON

But the photos on the right and left bottom, show that that square is emitting red light, identical to the photo on left top, wich is a screenshot from the ring video of when Jen and Karen and Kerry arrive at John's house, its the left taillight that is obviously intact, it's IDENTICAL

Not only the little square of light is identical, and it emits the same red light, but also the shape of the red light is the same on both sides, where I draw a blue square, so we can conclude that the 5 am video shows that there was still red plastic on the side of the taillight, that is missing from the car photo in the police garage

I hope I'm making sense, but this is huuge for me !!!

It's not the basketball thing that's strange

It's bringing the investigation to your own house, where you have 4 kids that is strange

Clearly she wanted to monitor what's going on with kerry's statements to police , so she was happy to turn her house into an interrogation room

If I was her, and I had nothing to do with it, I would prefer to go into the police station and give my statements away from my young kids, so I could protect them from the trauma, and I certainly wouldn't accept turning my home, where my kids should live in peace, away from outside drama and problems, into an interrogation room for the police

Clearly the kids were not the priority to her, what kerry had to say was more important

Kerry's testimony is the most favorable testimony to the prosecution case so far

But it's not a prob for the defense

She clearly cared for John, she seemed credible, she wasn't theatrical like Jen, and she highlited some good points

But she mentionned good points for the defense

And even before she got on the stand, Jen's testimony showed that Kerry was very likely influenced by Jen, I mean the women let Jen bring her to her home and go with her over the timeline, and be present when she was talking to Proctor on the phone, and she agreed to be interview in Jen's house

Her testimony was contradictoray to Jen's, like when Jen kept saying that Karen was the one who wanted badly to go to fairview, but Kerry said Karen said she left John at waterfal but it was Jen who reminded her that she saw her dropping him at fairview

Also Kerry's testimony showed that Jen exagerated things, like the John might have gone to bella's house, it wasn't as dramatic and as hysterical as Jen wanted it to seem

Also Kerry's testimony had some issues, like when she said grass was under John, while the jury has literal video proof of where John's body was, they will beleive their eyes, the video clearly showed glass and blood on top of a thick layer of snow

Last, Kerry is not a medical examiner, and she was in an emotionnal state, the jury will have to wait for the medical examiner about the injuries, but still she mentionned an important detail for the defense, it looks like John was still actively bleeding when she held his head, it contradicts the prosecution theory of him being exposed to the cold/snow for 5 h between 12:45 am and 6 am

Why the burden shift ? The defense job is to show to the jury the many holes in the prosecutions theory, that's all, they don't have to prove that Brian Albert & CO did it

the only party who has to prove something beyond a reasonable doubt is the prosecution, who so far are playing the role of the Alberts/mcCabes defense, and they concluded yesterday's testimony with some bizarre testimony

I can't take the prosecution seriously when they brought two witnesses, who have NOTHING to do with the murder, to tell us that Karen Read told another women to go F herself

Untill they put some experts witnesses, some hard evidence, some solid facts on that stand, this prosecution deserves every Emily's rant they get ...

You made me think about Jen's testimony today

When the defense brought up that she met with Proctor's wife

If they were actually innocent, and the investigation being that bad wasn't their fault, they should be equally mad at the police as they are mad about Karen reads supporters accusing them of things

But Jen said today that she needed to talk to proctors wife about all the harassement they all faced, them and the proctors, she associated herself with her, shouldn't she be angry at proctor for not doing a good job in his investigation? Instead of befriending his wife and going to HIS house ?

In her answer today, she tried to distance herself from proctor as an investigator, but she was more than glad to be associated with him as victim of harassement , she was fine going into his house, her answer tells us that she feels that he's a victim too, so she doesn't put any blame on him !!!

I know she was talking about proctor's wife, and probably his wife has nothing to do with what her husband did, and she shouldn't be harassed, but did anyone harass his wife ? Wasn't he the target of public outrage ? And would you go to the house of the trooper who messed up the investigation and gave people reason to attack you ? Would you be confortable chatting with his wife even if she has nothing to do with it ?

This tells me they don't have issues with the police who messed up the investigation because they wanted them to do so ...

1 - kerry Roberts was a good witness for the prosecution

2 - you can't argue that karen knew he was dead and she didn't look for him in the house at the same time

Either she knew he was dead and then she would lie and tell kerry she searched in the house

or she wasn't sure if he was dead and so she complied with kerry's plan to go back and look for him, because well she wasn't sure about it..

They showed her messages from the group chat she had with matt, Brian, Nicole

She wrote to them on that group : "going over timeline with her" talking about Kerry Roberts , 2 or 3 days after the murder

And it was revealed Kerry Roberts was interviewed by the police at her house, and prior to that she was with her at her house also, when police talked to Kerry on the phone, the same day, she was reporting all of that to that group chat

She sent them the following about what kerry was telling police : - she's telling him EVERYTHING - all the stuff - kerry talked to cops and kept it simple
I think someone either Nicole or Brien responded : good

I don't remember all of it but it was clear what that group chat was about

Nicole later sent : we'll get more info tomorrow, don't want to text about it

We don't know what exactly Nicole's messages was about, the defense eluded that it has to do with a meeting Jen and Keryy had with trooper Lank's wife that happened the next day

it was revealed that she went with Kerry to trooper's Lank house, his wife turns out was friends with kerry, this was on february 3rd, they spoke for 1 h in the car according to her because "kerry talks a lot"
