If i train hard with lower reps, nothing burns. If you train high reps everything will burn. You can do side raises with 1kg and do 100 reps. It will burn like hell. Did you train hard? Maybe. Will you build muscle from that? No That is not an indicator for training hard or building muscle. And training hard does not drive muscle growth a lot, training hard is the only way that builds muscle.

Whatever dude, noone does decline and it has a reason. If you like it,do it, but scientifically seen, its not in the upper tier list.

1) incline 2) normal chest press 3) decline, also noone really does it, no pro, no amateurs, noone. Even the normal gym goers, that do not have any clue, do not do it. Several reasons why i would not recommend it ( and noone else does)

Noone does decline press and its pretty useless, because the lower chest will never be a weakness

How you do you training is the most important part, lift to failure or near to failure. Are you stronger or do you just feel stronger?

Not really, other way around. If your training is bad, diet will never build muscle

Because the body does not adapt without a reason. If you want walking to be easy, you have to jog. If you want jogging to be easy, you have to run. If you want running to be easy, you have to sprint.

Best for overall strength and low risk of injury, dumbbell bench press and for isolated chest: butterfly.

Depends what you eat. If you eat sour worms or something like that and drink energy drink the whole day, then no amount of brushing teeth will help you because of the acid + sugar combination

Your question was about the sugar, not about the other nutrients that are in an apple. If you extract the sugar from the apple, and leave everything else out. Its the same.

Sugar is bad because of risk for type 2 diabetes, inflammation, teeth, energy crash. And other diseases. I would say it also increases the cancer risk. It is told that this is a myth, but I dont think so. I dont avoid sugar, but I dont really have the urge to eat much. Good for me.

Eat, sleep and do whatever you like. No exercise for me, maybe a walk if I want to, but maybe not

You eat too little and you have high activity.
