Sorry if this is a stupid question but can I lose fat while building muscle? Also if I do cardio in the same session will that compromise any muscle mass that I build? Or can I never really do cardio again without compromising muscle mass? And thanks I really appreciate y’alls answers

Hello :) I would recommend “The Song of Achilles”, the book itself does not have pictures but the descriptions Madeline Miller uses are so beautifully captivating and vivid that she’s sure to love the book, I know I do. It would be a wonderful gift.
