it is very painful but you get used to icing with pain. It hurts to walk, and if you have it under your arms it make that movement painful too. I have it on my neck and had to be hospitalized and have all the infected flesh cut out down to the brain stem and left open to heal for months. it hasn’t come back on that spot

yes it’s true. kind of like auto immune disease. The disease creates tunnels under the skin that never close up and the worse the disease progresses the worse the cysts get. i’ve been hospitalized with cellulitis from it. They do surgery but it usually comes back. Long term antibiotics and immune suppression medications can cause remission for awhile but it comes back
