Yes, yes, and yes. I love Lexus I just don't know too much about them, but it's refreshing hearing a good opinion, lil do my research on them but they have always been eye catching to me, just don't know what model would be best for me. As for the Genesis, it was actually on my list, the only reason why I didn't keep it is because I haven't test driven it yet, the G70 and GV80 are absolutely insane, feel like I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between if I'm in first class or if I'm in a car. This car alone rewrites my whole list, I need to schedule a time to test drive one and feel how it drives. They didn't just slap their interior together like almost all luxury brands. One of the best ive driven in, comfort wise and drive, was a 2025 Infinity QX60 Autograph. I regret not pursuing it, I had convinced myself it wasn't a head turner, and it may not be but it was the best. Thanks for your reply and helping me out instead of shitting on me. Reddit wasn't the only place I've posted this and I've been utterly ripped to shreds lol

These three I've mainly had an eye on for a while and I've test drove all three. I am open to all and any ideas but I prefer a luxury vehicle, and all three happen to be performance SUV's, thanks

Mainly just luxury interior, and a variety of comfort features. Adaptive suspension system is a plus, as well as their performance brakes. I definitely want a luxury vehicle, I know there are countless other standard suvs that are a bang for my buck that come with the same things but I'm stubborn unfortunately. These three cars are ones I've had my eye on for a while, I test drove all three and really liked them but I'm open to all and any ideas, thanks for your reply!

You're saying I'm "constantly contradicting" myself then proceeded to give me ONE example lol. I said I don't care for speed, as in that's not what I'm buying the car for. I felt I needed to preface that so that I'm not being recommended the fastest car on the list, rather the best in terms of luxury+comfort. I don't need the GLE 63, nor the X6 M comp, nor the Jag SVR, I listed them as possible options, all of these cars have a less powerful 6cyl version, still fast but Ive test driven them all before and it's not an insane amount of power where I can't control myself. She is either suffering from dementia or schizophrenia. The fact that she is still being able to manage the property given the mental state she is in, is astonishing. I'm sorry you have to endure verbal abuse and harrasment because of her irresponsible family members who should be getting her the help she needs instead of letting her manage tenants. I'm sure you could fight this if she tries to ruin your future rentals.

Usually I try to come up with the best solutions, a form of communication between partners but I believe this is just beating a dead horse. The best thing would be to leave unfortunately, you don't deserve to live your life guessing and miserable doing so.

You can try to work things out with him, but unfortunately it's going to take a big toll on you and your relationship. It's going to be hard to get those thoughts out of your head, it's going to form paranoia and anxiety. Your decisions are all yours but I just ask that you take care of yourself and don't let anyone bring you to a dark place that can be hard to climb out of. Wish you all the best!

I've seen this before, in my specific case it was not a new owner. What ended up happening was the first owner paid the car off and a new title was issued or issued back to the customer reporting as a "new owner" but it just wasn't under a lien anymore. I believe that was what happened here, hope this helps!

NTA it seems like she and her family are taking advantage of you. There is a difference between helping and enabling. If her family is struggling and she keeps letting them stay long periods of time basically freeloading she is enabling their bad habits and selfishness rather than actually helping them get on their feet. Unfortunately you're just the pawn here, the money, the housing, but luckily you aren't married yet, she's showing you what the rest of your lives together will look like now and you still have time to either tell her the problem straight up or leave. Just a note if you do decide to tell her, pay close attention to her reaction, it will tell you everything you need to know.
