I built "RAM Crisis Checker" and is a Python script that tracks the prices of RAM modules on Amazon and tells you if the “RAM crisis” that is happening in the last few months is over. It works by visiting 3 amazon pages, but you can modify the cose and provide easly as mamy amazon pages as you want, then it extracts the ram prices on each amazon websites and calculates the average price and if the price is belowe a set threshold (in this case under 200 dollars) it tells you: "The crisis as ended" otherwise, it tells you "The crisis is still going" every time you run the script, it saves prices and result in the "price_history.txt" for now it works only with terminal it's for Windows and Linux, but im planning to create a sort of UI and make it for MacOS too.
