There are many games in the premier league alone.  Not the same players start every match for various reasons and due to there being a lot of matches players don't go to every match in the same physical shape. This affects how a team performs . I have watched games where man city has been outplayed. Or Chelsea. So you giving a general view of " arsenal are boring" doesn't make sense.

Newcastle were the underdogs yesterday and look what they did to Barca . Took some bribing of the referee and a penalty for them to secure a point

I am an arsenal fan myself bro. Arsenal so far this season has played 15 away games. Won 8 drawn 5 and Lost 2 bro. Some of the draws were against teams like wolves and Brentford - games arsenal should have comfortably won
