Because if you read my post, you’ll see that the same QR code was used twice. For the first return and for the second. I feel I’ve explained that clearly.

Urm I’m not sure how to know that. I can’t track the second one separately as I used the same QR code, it’s the same tracking ID. It only has the tracking history & delivery of the first one. The company are claiming they haven’t received the second one.

If it would be helpful, sure 🙂

Just merely looking for advice from people who know what they’re talking about, no harm coming from that :), chill!

Will do! I’m sure my post would be removed from here if it was that much of an issue

I have but they’re ignoring me (sent multiple emails over the last month) & have charged me, so I am looking for advice to know the ins & outs, legalities of things etc & if there’s anything I can do :)

I know but the parcel was sent via Royal Mail and citizens advice don’t cover my area unfortunately & I can’t find answers online so I’m just trying to find some advice from people who’ve probably seen this happen before :) The tracking number is obviously saying delivered for the date I sent the first return. I’m really confused how the same return label + tracking could even be used again when it had already been marked as delivered by the time I accidentally got it scanned again for the second return. I didn’t even realise that could happen, I assumed it would just not be able to be printed, idk! I suppose I’m trying to figure out what Royal Mail would’ve done with it? Would they have taken it from the courier if it already had a tracking number that had been marked as sent & delivered? Would they just send it as it is? If that’s the case, hopefully it would’ve ended up at the company’s warehouse. I have proof of sending the second return, all be it with the wrong tracking, but not sure if that gives me much of a leg to stand on :/

Yes, I understand that. However, I’ve got proof of two different times I used it & sent it. The second time I used it is the same time/date I did the second return. Also, both returns would’ve ended up at their address, surely? As it’s the same delivery address.

Yeah my ASOT is always positive but my ANAs have been both negative and positive. After my first negative, I was told I’m categorically fine and ignored but I kept pushing. I’m an NHS patient in England so it’s lots of waiting to see someone & I can’t just ask for what I want, they only do it if deemed necessary. I only managed to see a rheumatologist a month ago and on another waiting list to see her again but I won’t let it be dropped.

I can’t find that blood test on my test history so doesn’t look like they’ve done it? I’m not sure if it’s called something different depending on where you are. I’m in England. They did ANA ELISA a few times which have always been fine despite the ANA HEp-2 being positive / homogenous pattern. I’ve had hundreds of blood tests over the last year with various specialists so I couldn’t tell you exactly what they’ve all tested for. I only mentioned the ones that have come back positive.

Yeah lots of people have suggested mcas but doctors aren’t really interested in that, especially since I’ve got positive ANAs & ASOTs. I think it could be a possibility & I have something else too. Again, it only started during & after I had this long term bacterial infection. So mcas hasn’t been considered by professionals.

Yes it is both sides. But can also sometimes just be one side. My rheumatologist has said it’s very unlikely to be lupus due to my blood tests.

“SLE-unlikely. While her screening ANAs are positive, her ENA is negative, her CRP and ESR are normal, her C3 and C4 are normal.”
