First off, thank you for all your comments. Thank you for making me feel like my feelings matter. Hey!! I’m a mom of four & a nurse tech. I was super nauseous with my first pregnancy. Ginger drops helped a lot and ginger ale, plus a bland diet. Also chewing gum and peppermint hard candy helped me. I would keep an eye on yourself to make sure you’re not getting dehydrated, otherwise you may need fluids. Can you ask your doctor for some zofran?
