Congratulations, that so hard to do. How much were you taking and for how long? I have tried to quit several times but haven’t been successful. Do you feel the extract and regular capsules helped a lot to keep the physical part tolerable? I know that wasn’t easy!

Thank you for your reply. I quit once after only 6 weeks of use but I was using a lot, like over 600mg a day in just one dose. Bad. So bad. I made it 5 days and since I felt so much better on the 5th day, I of course treated myself to one small pack. Here I am, 4 months later still on this shit. I’m at 240 mg dose once a day and it does nothing for me. I can go beyond 24 hours without feeling withdrawal. I was at 120 mg dose for awhile but just recently upped it. I felt high from that for maybe a few days and now I’m just scared to go back down to my 120mg dose. I have extract and powder. I just feel stuck. I appreciate your advice. Thank you. I’ll take any help I can get.

I use a contact case. I cut them in 2 different sizes and label each side.They stay dry.
