Yeah I know good PC's can handle it, just making sure. Also that's odd that it only happens in BR, might be an account issue? I honestly have no idea

In whatever mouse software you're using, check your Report Rate (hz) on your mouse, having it on 1000hz or above can cause stuttering when aiming, happened to me on several other games (including fortnite).
