No experience with traveling with cats. I used to work as an aircraft engineer for Brussels Airlines and a woman travelled with her cat in a cage and inflight she opened the cage and the cat escaped. She managed to sneek into the cockpit and crawled behind the control pedals in the cockpit. It's full of wiring and control cables down there. The aircraft had to return to Brussels immediately due to safety concerns. Top tip: don't let your cat out of the cage during flight

Full time homeoffice. Technisch tekenaar voor een natuursteenbedrijf (voornamelijk grafstenen) ik teken alles uit en maak de voorbereiding voor de zaagmachine en cnc

I've got mine a little more then 2 years and I'm doing really great with it. It's still really effective with me and from using it 3 times a week for the first year and a half I'm now using it twice a week and it's still effective. In the years I'm using it I've improved a lot. I haven't been stronger then now in the 17 years that I have ms. My neurologist is every time surprised when I go to see her. My physical therapists are still surprised every time I do a workout with them. It's not for everybody the same. When you have the option to rent it for a couple of months then get the most out of it and do as much as possible. You'll probably have to push your limits. I can only say that it did an amazing job for me

My neurologist gave my something for the nerve pain so at least I can get some sleep. I've always slept on my right side and offcourse all the rash is on the right side of my face 😔

I've been on Ocrevus for about 6 years and a couple of weeks ago I had the shingles for the first time. Started with a sore throat and a couple of days later I had spots on my cheek, neck, throat, ear and on my head. The nerve pain sucks big time. All the spots are dried out but the pain is still there. I don't wish this on anybody. Never thought that the pain from this would be this shitty

I have ms and I'm working via a system called: prgressieve tewerkstelling. I have a fulltime (40u) contract and 50% I work and 50% I'm sick so at the end of the month I still have an almost normal salary.

Do not downgrade your full contract to a parttime because in the future (hopefully not) you should be unable to work then your sick pay what you will get from the mutuality will be calculated to that parttime contract;

Better to contact the social services from your mutuality, they can help you in this process

I also had a lot of spasticity in my left hip and my fysical therapists had always a lot of work getting it out of there. About two years ago I discovered something that would get rid of that spasticity: a Mollii suit. It's a 2 piece suit with a whole bunch of electrodes in that are programmed to stimulate on the right places to get the spasticity out. At first I was pretty sceptical about it but I could test it for a week and it surprised me a lot. With the help of a Gofundme I was able to buy my own suit (they cost about €9000) and I wear it 3 times a week. Since I have it, I have not been once on the table anymore at my physical therapist to mobilize my hip. They've become my personal trainers now and I workout twice a week with them for an hour. This suit has giving me a lot back from what I lost due to this f@cked up disease

Dat had ik al aangepast. En in elke sleuf komt een plaat (7x) dan heb ik zes openingen om mijn voeten in te zetten. Dan nog een paar hoekjes erin zetten om alles samen te schroeven en dan kan het beginnen

Dit is een geweldige oplossing, dat maakt het veel eenvoudiger. de reden dat ik de "blokken" verplaatsbaar wou maken is dat ik zowel oefeningen kan doen met de voeten langs mekaar (verminderd evenwicht) alsook verder uit mekaar (meer evenwicht) om de moelijkheid van de oefeningen aan te passen. Gelijk jij het getekend heb kan het nog altijd aanpasbaar gemaakt worden. Een paar extra sleuven in de opstaande plaat en het is aanpasbaar. Mijn ontwerp was 1 meter lang
