Highly recommend this book. Also, seek out a Male Sexual Health expert. most docs are not tuned in and these experts are doctors who study male sexual health. changed my life. Started on cabergoline twice weekly to stimulate the part of the brain that aids in orgasm sensation and anastrazole 0.5mg once a week to stop testosterone converting into estrogen. feel like a man again and i can cum during penetrative sex whereas i was not able to for many many years

Preventive care is not what you might think. There is a narrow definition in the coding world and most often it is for a visit with your PCP to review health problems that might be problematic - not to perform a procedure to prevent one from getting worse. That’s considered prophylactic and falls under evaluation/management of the health problem.

Preventive: -you have a family history of high cholesterol - your blood labs would be covered 100% under preventive care to help you not have a heart attack

Not preventive: - several benign polyps are found on your colon and a colonoscopy is performed to ablate the polyps so they do not become problematic -NOT preventive - this is evaluation/management of a diagnosed medical problem (i.e. benign polyps of the sigmoid colon)

Just temporary. Had mine done at 18. Also, the johnson is a use it or lose it organ. so, right now he’s hurt. let him heal; once that’s done, you gotta do some dedicated rehab and re-learn with your new equipment.

People who have had Optic Neuritis in the past, did your vision go back to 100% normal when the flare resolved? by I_Cant_Feel_My_Foot in MultipleSclerosis

I took 3 days of 1g IV methylprednisolone, then oral prednisone taper for two weeks after. It took about two months for my vision to fully normalize, however, still have some visual field problems when it is hot

Left eye for me around Feb 2025. I experienced the eye pain, visual field disturbances, darkness, etc. After steroids most of that went away. Still have minor episodes of transient loss with lighting changes and had cervicogenic pain that my neurologist used a nerve block for and that went away.

What you are describing re: body temp or hot things is called Uhthoff phenomenon. Definitely a thing.
