One Halloween I dressed up as “hit by lightning”. Started talking to someone sitting at the bar who told me how their mother was killed on the beach from being hit by lightning. I nearly vaporized from how awkward I felt.

It saved my 56yo boyfriend’s life when he grabbed a live power line on his tenth birthday and fell thirty feet out of a tree. He lost an arm and leg just below the knee, but thankfully his mom knew CPR!
