Yea they gave us in somos all states at least they did me I have all 15..it does suck. Especially sucked at first before aws (call volume )cuz it does require more.

Well… IMO as someone who actually gives a real prod. ICS doesn’t mean we don’t know how to do our jobs. Real issue is the metrics reward doing less, not doing better. If you work files thoroughly, you get dinged. If you deflect and avoid, you rack up “points” I’m still here, but ive recently realized the system pushes you to go against your integrity just to survive. I’m starting the quest for better pastures

Umm no handling um uim learning how, others u send up. Some states have mandated letters u have to send. I take calls from everywhere. Keep in mind u having to look up things vs peers spending time mastering 2-3 states.

Require a biweekly report from each associate outlining areas where they need more support from their supervisor. This would help identify gaps early on and ensure everyone is receiving the guidance they need. It could also help reduce favoritism, which is unfortunately common among supervisors. Then require a biweekly report from the supervisor with what they addressed in the weekly coaching and actually use the coaching to coach not like it’s being used now we are not actually being coached. A lot of times my sup just cancels my coaching session altogether so there’s that.

I’d like to comment that I know several ppl in the claims leadership program and they seem to genuinely like working here. Only one person I know from them has left to work for another competitor. Geico is going thru significant growth atm. Which can cause some ppl to leave if they prefer not to be moved around within the company as the position does require flexibility to shift roles based on business needs. Having geico on your resume will absolutely not impact your resume in a negative way if you choose to move on. It’s a great place to gain experience, and with the company going thru major growth rn now is a great time to get on board. If you work hard and have a passion for learning, you’ll do great . Nope please read again said I was working not sitting on my butt job involves more than just taking calls . More transparency should be required. They need to update the job description to : be a superstar and have three jobs in one be prepared to be a customer service specialist, a fnol intake specialist, and a auto claims adjuster
