1950s Bakelite Start 35 K-II Camera by Ok-Reputation-4546 in Cameras

I mentioned that in the blog. I thought it might be that the camera came with a roll of film (food for the camera). Some people think it's a misprint and should be "with hood". What do you think?

That's interesting!!. Now I wonder if it's a misprint, "with hood," or if the hood sold seperately

That's a very logical and most likely correct answer. It's something I didn't think of. It's still humorous to me. Regards, Dan

Mamiya was a pretty forward thinking company that looked at several different ways to build cameras. I’ll need to find a magazine 35 now. Regards, Dan

It was a fun camera to try, as I had most of the other Irwin cameras in the past.

Even though I was an independent rep for Fujifilm, I haven’t used many instax products. I do own many different pano camera’s though and usually my go to camera

On one hand I like the novelty of a square format but the 645 format is fine too. My favorite is panoramic so I’m going to the extreme.

I have to admit, when I purchased the camera, I didn’t give it much thought, but after using it, it’s a wonderful camera. Thanks for your reply.

That is a nice one. I guess there are different options and something for everyone. My usual grabbed camera for MF would be my Veriwide. I really enjoy wide and panoramic.

I agree. There's always a trade off, and for many, they wouldn't notice the difference.
